NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

 

To All Homeowners:

 

On Wednesday, December 21st, 2022, at 7:00 PM at the Community Pool located at 5550 Fiesta Way, Margate FL 33063; an Annual Meeting of the Association will be held for the purpose of electing Directors and such other business as may lawfully be conducted.  An identification of Agenda items is as follows:

 

 

ANNUAL MEETING AGENDA:

  1. Call to order/Quorum
  2. Proof of Due Notice of Meeting
  3. Reading and approval of last year’s Annual Meeting Minutes
  4. Unfinished business
  5. Appointment of Inspectors of Election
  6. Request Nominations from the Floor
  7. Tabulation of Ballots & Tally Count of Proxy Votes by Inspectors
  8. New Business
  9. Adjournment

 

ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING TO BE HELD IMMIDIATELY AFTER

MEETING AGENDA:

  1. Call to order/Quorum
  2. Election of Officers
  3. Collect All information for Bank Signature Cards & Resolutions
  4. Adjournment

 

Fiesta HOA is taking nominations from the floor. Note: board members elected must be up to date with association due’s – Any member of the association 90 days delinquent or more is prohibited to run for the board. Be advised, the meeting will be held via zoom but ONLY for viewing purposes; Meeting ID 846 6713 7478 and Passcode: 942727. If you intend to vote, you must be physically present or the person holding your proxy must be present to vote on your behalf.

 

It is very important that you ATTEND OR PROVIDE A PROXY in order that business can be conducted. This meeting requires a quorum of 30% (105) … of members must be present, or provide a proxy, to fulfill this need.

 

Enclosed with this Notice is a General Proxy and a Voting Certificate. A General Proxy is a way for you to be present at a meeting through another person’s attendance. It also gives the assigned person the right to vote on your behalf. And A Voting Certificates’ purpose is to establish who is authorized to vote for a home owned by more than one person or a corporation. A Voting Certificate MUST be signed by ALL owners of the home to be considered valid & the person designated on the voting certificate is the only person that can sign for someone else to be proxy holder.
