We need you all to please be more considerate of others and remove your trash cans and recycling bins from the common areas and place them in the back of your own units by 10:00 AM the day after trash pick up. Some of you are leaving your cans and bins out too many days after trash day. Moving forward if your trash cans and bins are not picked up and placed in the back of your unit – they will be removed from the property! Thanking you in advance for your courtesy and cooperation in this matter. The Board of Directors strives to maintain the beautification and value of the property.
